Delete Your Account and Data

App: Soulwise. This page explains how to delete your Soulwise account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need to be signed in to read it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Soulwise and sign in.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion without signing in

If you cannot get into the app, email soulwise@luminateknoloji.net from the address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify that you own the address and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, age and any optional details), every conversation message, all session summaries and insights, the profile the AI keeps about you, mood check-ins, mindfulness session records, safety flags, notifications, weekly reflections, any samples kept for improving the service, and the link between your account and an app store purchase. Your sign-in sessions are ended on every device at once.

If you only want your conversation data gone and want to keep the account, withdraw the AI processing consent under Settings → Privacy: that data is permanently deleted 30 days later (see the AI Processing Consent).

What is kept, and for how long

A few records survive erasure. None of them carries your name, your email or your conversation content:

• a security record of the deletion itself — a one-way hash of your account identifier, the IP address of the request and a timestamp; kept for 3 years
• the proof of each consent you gave or withdrew — which consent, its version, yes or no, and the time, tied only to a one-way hash of your account identifier; kept for 3 years
• a one-way hash of your email address, kept for 90 days, so a deleted account cannot be recycled to farm free trials
• if you had an app store subscription: a one-way hash of the store's purchase identifier and your usage counts for the current period, kept until the start of the following month, so usage limits cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account
• if you had asked Apple for a refund of an App Store purchase: the record of that request, with the link to your account removed, kept for about 13 months
• usage counters with the link to you removed, kept for up to 400 days for cost reporting

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop being charged you must cancel it separately in your store account settings. If you need help, email soulwise@luminateknoloji.net and we will help you complete it in the store within 7 days (see the Terms).
